Harnessing a technique that dates back to the 16th century, the Filigrana range of suspension lights are handmade from Venetian glass. Using a method that originated on the island of Murano and has been passed down through the generations, colored stripes of glass are rolled into the surface of each shade, creating a candy-cane pattern.
